GG84: D-Money Big Dog Orf Orf vs. the Federal Government
Part 2 of Operation Puppet Master!
Thomas, Lydia, and Matt dig into the actual discovery documents from the Minneapolis ICE-protest indictment, and what they find is something else. Undercover HSI agents spent months infiltrating boxing classes, church meetings, Zoom panels, and legal observer trainings looking for the Antifa puppet masters, and their own memos keep reaching the same conclusion. Then come the financial subpoenas against major national unions. What did three years of wire-transfer records turn up?
Plus: a grand jury agent swears under oath that every single person they investigated had a criminal predicate. The documents they just read beg to differ.
All documents that Matt bought from PACER are available to patrons!

0:00:26 Thomas: Gavalin Gavalino's. I'm Thomas. That over there is my co -conspirator, Lydia. How are you doing?
0:00:31 Lydia: Thomas. Nice Nice to meet you. Over at ACT.
0:00:34 Thomas: Who said I don'T know you? Who says I know you over there?
0:00:34 Matt: Hold on. Hold on as your attorney. I don'
0:00:39 Lydia: Drag me away to jail now, I guess.
0:00:39 Matt: T know that I
0:00:41 Thomas: And of course our mafia attorney our consigliere or whatever it's matt I'm not gonna say who it is m it's m dog big dog oof
0:00:44 Lydia: Consigliere. Yeah. Orf, orf.
0:00:53 Matt: That's right what's up I am overtly happy to be here uh so arrest me um yes we are picking up back again with the puppet master indictment uh have not yet reached the stage in which they're trying to fight in the puppet master we're just looking at the puppets apparently so far uh just remind everybody we have just taken a look at uh this indictment for minneapolis we we looked through quite a lot of the overt acts that were charged for conspiracy I'm not going to go through the entire indictment for the rest of it. There are allegations of stalking, of threats to federal agents, again, these are statements that were made basically, interstate stalking in the sense that they're trying to figure out where ICE vehicles are going, what's happening, but again, I want to show you a little bit about behind the scenes about how they got there because we now have, as a few days ago, and most of this is on Pacer, so I had to actually pay for it to download it, but it was well worth it because we've got, yes, yes.
0:01:36 Lydia: Actually, quick note on that, you guys. I think we'll make some of these documents available to everybody, but if you want everything, thing because there's a lot here that is not public um we'll include the uh folder for patrons
0:01:49 Matt: Right. It's worth a skim because we've got a lot of exhibits and we've got more coming.
0:01:51 Thomas: Now we're profiting on our terrorism this is so many years we're dying also I saw a musical that had an overture in it by the way so I think I'm fucked like that's like 17 different that's really overt like there's but support matt's pacer um bills uh .com slash gavel pod much appreciated uh but sorry uh uh continue uh I think you were still teasing jesus
0:02:00 Lydia: 100 matt not getting into that oh
0:02:08 Matt: My exhibitionism, all these exhibits, they're adding up. So we're going to find out what it is that an undercover ICE agent actually does. That's a lot, that's a a lot what we're gonna learn from these memos. And you know, oh,
0:02:23 Thomas: Christ I know what I want them to do and it starts with a k and sorry I won't say it it's okay yeah
0:02:28 Matt: Oh, Q,
0:02:29 Lydia: Start to the c convert convert is it's still a hard k sound
0:02:32 Matt: I think it starts
0:02:30 Thomas: You're right I just got I'm just bad at spelling
0:02:34 Matt: With a Q, not a K, the thing you're looking for. They need to quit. That's what we're looking voor here. Yes, that's the word I'm sure that you're about to say.
0:02:38 Thomas: That's right yep I thought quit start was k w I t that's what yep god what a fucking loser what kind of loser would you have to be to not just be an ice agent but be be an undercover ice agent fucking loser
0:02:44 Lydia: You're too online
0:02:44 Matt: Common mistake.
0:02:55 Lydia: Yeah
0:02:57 Matt: Well, you'll see. There's some pretty funny stuff in here because they have been instructed to find the Antifa conspiracy, and goddamn, they're going to try. They're going do everything they can to show up to these meetings and try to find the rabble -rousers who are not just rousing the rabbl, but the people who are pulling their strings. Going They're to be looking for that throughout this. And it's really something. I haven't read these kinds of reports before. I haven'T seen this kind of thing because a lot of this is Trump 2 .0 nonsense. From what I've seen from the comments from people who study civil liberties and the ways that these operations are done, this is pretty unique just in the terms of its scope and the expansiveness. There have been a number of headlines about this because a A lot of it involved stalking churches and hanging out and trying to watch people who like religious groups that were involved in these things. Not that that's completely off limits. Not that you can't commit a crime in a church, but, oh
0:03:43 Thomas: The case of the in in the case of the the agents doing that it wasn't like the because I sorry I got confused because we had stocking charges for like tracking vehicles or whatever we're not talking about that you're talking about investigation tactics or whatever okay gotcha well
0:03:49 Matt: Man. Uh, yeah I think this is stalking, but um, right. Just watching churches, just going to like regular peaceful meetings, people sharing information and trying make it sound as bad as possible.
0:04:00 Lydia: Something where where they like keep their identities concealed too like they're like
0:04:03 Thomas: Them in the in the yeah
0:04:05 Matt: They do actually, so you will find out actually a lot of names. I was surprised at how many of them are not redacted. So I guess we can read their names out.
0:04:09 Thomas: But one of their bullshit indictments was over allegedly interrupting a church service wasn't it like that was part of the terrorism remember that that was a different thing
0:04:17 Matt: We'll be talking about that. So yes, that, the Don Lemon case, that was the Don lemon and the other journalists. So that actually, we're going to be talking About an OA soon. That is not fully broken yet, but we're expecting potentially broad view levels of grand jury fuckery in that case. So that could be amazing.
0:04:30 Thomas: Well just my point being that that was terrorism but in that their investigations they can just interrupt church services or do whatever stock stock church services it's fine I
0:04:35 Lydia: All they can be terrorists and it not be a problem yeah yeah
0:04:38 Matt: Oh yeah, sure. So, I think to get a taste of it, we should take a look at the defense motion we'll come that's what we'll start with when we come back we'll just get a kind of a summary from the defense and I'm going to dig into some of these documents and you can see how it all plays out on the ground plenty to do here all
0:04:51 Thomas: Can't wait we're we're going to figure out how how these, how the masters do their work. You know, these real, these heroes, I've always wanted to know how the heroes in blue. No, I don't know what they wear. What does ice wear? The heroes in Nazi uniforms do their detective work. Yeah. It's inspiring to all of us. Right. All Well, we should take that break and then get into it. So you can avoid all the ads and get the goodies and apparently loads of documents that Matt had to pay for at patreon .com slash gavel pod. All
0:05:05 Lydia: Very
0:05:25 Matt: So this is a motion that was filed by the defense on the 13th of august and it caught my attention because I've been tracking this case anyway but there's some interesting stuff alleged here and it made me want to dig in to the exhibits which were all attached to this motion so let's just read it it so you can see where the defense is coming from, because I think they have some good points here. This is a motion for discovery under Rule 16 and Brady slash Giglio evidence, which would be exculpatory evidence that they're aware of.
0:05:47 Matt: And what they're saying is basically you have turned over quite a lot of your investigative stuff, but we have reason to believe there's a lot more and there's a lot that would help us for our defense if we had it. And I think there's good reason to belief that based on what we have so far. So let's check out the introduction. You'll get the taste of it here.
0:05:55 Thomas: What
0:06:01 Lydia: Very quickly, this is just referencing one defendant. It looks like they don't have shared counsel or anything. Do you know what the representation is looking like for all these folks?
0:06:09 Matt: I believe he's the lead defendant. That's a good question. I don't actually have a straight answer on exactly who's doing what but
0:06:15 Lydia: Scrolling down, it just says that this is attorney for defendant. It just says Sant instead of like Sant et al. Like it doesn't say everybody.
0:06:16 Thomas: Makes a lead defendant was
0:06:20 Matt: It is sand yeah yeah
0:06:24 Thomas: So like one of the defendants I guess they don't all have to do this maybe or feel like this happened with trump in georgia where it was like one OF THEM could do stuff yeah
0:06:33 Matt: It is really messy if you have them all filing the same motion or joining the same emotion it's going to come out to the same thing and obviously that'll be information that could be useful all for of them uh riash filed this in in minneapolis I'm I'm pretty impressed from what I've seen of his work so far. So good job, Kevin.
0:06:40 Thomas: That's the lawyer or the the defendant the gotcha okay losers
0:06:46 Matt: The lawyer, yeah, yeah.
0:06:48 Lydia: Case involves an unprecedented campaign by DHS to spy on Minnesotans. During Operation Metro Surge, undercover agents posing as protesters surveilled community meetings at churches, parks, libraries, schools, and union halls. These agents surreptitiously recorded dozens of conversations with ordinary people who were simply exercising their First Amendment right to protest ICE's lawless our state. Agents gathered information about Minnesotans from law enforcement databases and internet searches and created dossiers that are apparently now available agency -wide. HSI's abuses did not stop there. HSI secretly obtained financial records for several national labor unions, including SEIU and the Communications Workers of America, and social justice nonprofits, including the Sunrise Movement and Voices for Racial Justice, all with zero criminal predicate to do so. Government's presentation to the grand jury reflected this broad and irrational investigation. With no evidence, the government alleged to the Grand Jury that the conspiracy in this case extends far beyond the defendants to include the AFL -CIO, the Minneapolis Federation of Educators, the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, Monarcha, Veterans for Peace, and the Grease Pit Bicycle Repair Shop, among others.
0:08:00 Thomas: Love that cadence in terms of choosing what goes where that's fantastic well done language uh so this they get a hold of this information about what the grand jury was told okay
0:08:06 Lydia: Notes.
0:08:03 Matt: Perfect. Yep, yep, well done, yep. So they stage, they do have some grand jury transcripts from the return of the defense.
0:08:13 Thomas: I I always forget in time I know I'm asking stuff you've probably covered before is that it's normal that they defense gets those or I can't remember okay
0:08:20 Matt: Let me just double check the federal rules because I also get tripped on this because it's so different in Massachusetts. Is a little strange at this stage they would have it, but no, you're not.
0:08:27 Thomas: So I'm not an idiot I thought that was weird it's just hard to keep it straight I never know like what these rules and stuff yeah
0:08:32 Matt: Generally, it's so hard to keep track of all these different things that are happening, because there's so many of these things.
0:08:38 Thomas: And they're also dumb like when they're not dumb you're like okay what's going on with the you City bombers you know and you're like yeah you could track like what's going on with a fucking case when this it's like what's GOING ON WITH THE BIKE REPAIR SHOP THING like what right
0:08:52 Matt: Right, Right. It's because the Don Lemon and the thing you just mentioned, the church thing, that that is definitely one I know for sure that the judge has already unsealed grand jury transcripts from the Don lemon thing, because there's definitely some broad view style stuff going on here with prosecutors either lying or otherwise playing games. I believe that in this one, we did already have grand jury materials released. And there's like some limited grand jury materials have been released because they, you can make a showing, you Can say, look, we have reason to believe that, you there's going to be stuff in here that we're going to need because we're we don't trust the evidence. And of it, yeah, apparently.
0:09:20 Thomas: They were successful at that oh wow nice
0:09:22 Matt: We'll find out how much, but yeah. So this generally too, I want to point out in the last episode, we were looking at the indictment and they were, as I pointed out, the, of the most extreme people and most extreme statements they could find. And even those are not extreme in estimation. There's nobody actually talking about direct acts of violence. There'S nobody talking about specifically planning any violence or do anything at all at the most they're talking about blocking streets and about showing up with shields right but this is even less than that because as this is pointing out they're not going to the black cat workers meeting they're going to meetings that some of these people are going to but they're just going to regular organizing meetings and trying to figure out who's leading all of this because these people there's a common theme in the same way that I think we have a blind spot about not being able to predict how evil people can be sometimes I certainly do they have a blank spot about not realizing that people actually do get motivated to show up and organize because they believe things
0:10:10 Matt: Are wrong they just can't accept it
0:10:10 Thomas: There's gotta be now there's gotta be a criminal conspiracy I'm surprised they haven't gotten to the money you know when are we gonna get what's his name george soros there's gotta be a soros connection oh
0:10:18 Lydia: Soros yeah
0:10:17 Matt: They are getting there oh that's right that's right yes yeah well as it is you know they're they're to get these financial records from the unions because they're yeah
0:10:24 Thomas: You did mention like who's paying for these bricks he did say that I remember now ah
0:10:27 Matt: That's jd van said that yeah and I think they really think that the unions are you know behind all of this because seiu does work with a lot of immigrants uh
0:10:30 Thomas: You fucking morons the unions yeah and the unions just have so much time and money to like do extra stuff that's like not
0:10:39 Matt: Do crimes yeah they love to especially just like non -profitable protest crimes um you know so this next paragraph is pretty important here about the allegations so
0:10:48 Lydia: These wild conspiracy allegations are born from the fantasies of political retribution that animate the trump administration president trump and senior administration officials routinely speak of the political left in dehumanizing terms as quote deformed quote scarred and quote filled with ugliness for example the administration has crystallized these sentiments into policies that encourage and authorize political prosecutions like this one. Most notably, in September 2025, President Trump issued National Security Presidential Memorandum 7, which directs DOJ to prosecute ICE protesters and opponents of the administration. HSI cited NSPM 7 as its authority to open this case.
0:11:26 Matt: This is really important and we have talked about nspm 7 I think several times on this show because we talked about broadview but also on oa because this memo is unprecedented and essentially gives cover for these law enforcement agencies fbi and hsi and everybody else to start investigating getting regular people doing regular organizing and protest because it allows them to justify investigations of people who hold anti -capitalist views who hold anti -ice views who are opposed who are opposed to a traditional morality or whatever they call it right and you know yeah
0:11:55 Thomas: Spartacus just all of us like
0:11:57 Lydia: That's really dark.
0:11:58 Matt: And everybody should just read NSPM 7 we're going to link to it as part of this too because it is this what I said at the time when it came out that that this is going to allow them to just go after anything that looks like opposition. And that's what's happened.
0:12:09 Lydia: That's what happens in authoritarian countries. So, you know,
0:12:12 Matt: Is you expand it that way, right?
0:12:13 Lydia: Yeah, like the United States. Not good.
0:12:16 Matt: It up to this by saying that anybody who's opposed to this agency, anybody who is opposed to capitalism, right, and Trump and talks about Trump, that holds these views, that these are people that we can justify opening investigations of. And that is what it directed them to do. And HSI specifically said they had the authority to do it because of this memo. On. I just want to point out the way this all comes around. And to me, this is such a place to stand up and really see it because Prairie Land is bad. It was very bad. But there was an act of violence that was at least involved in it. I'm not saying that people were treated right or that they got what they should have from all of this. But this is just so much more something that you can see yourself in if you're reading this and you're somebody who's involved in organizing activism of any kind, even just showing up to the library and showing up to a meeting with your neighbors or getting involved with Community Watch. So I just wanted wanted to make that point. In the next paragraph, they're going to talk about what's missing and why they need this motion.
0:12:12 Thomas: Like the united states
0:12:22 Lydia: Leader. The initial disclosures chronicle HSI's abuses and confirm the political animus driving this case, but they are incomplete. They are missing, among other things, specific reports of investigation, ROIs, that the government has admitted withholding, claiming the ROIs are, quote, unrelated to this investigation even though they were created and filed within it. The disclosures omit any ROIs that document HSI'S domestic surveillance but were placed in other case files. They omit documents and communications related to the initiation and supervision of hsi's undercover operations and they omit downloads of the quote undercover phones and quote undercover laptops used by the undercover agents in this case to communicate with the defendants and others oh
0:13:48 Matt: Yeah, there's lot potentially here, and I really like the way that they've hooked on from what they've had available. Now, in the first section, they'll be talking about the campaign of domestic spying that began four days after the murder of Alex Pretty. On January 24th, he was killed, and four days later. It's especially shocking to me because you you know what they weren't doing four days later was investigating the people that killed Alex Preddy.
0:14:10 Matt: They're going after, yep, going after the people on the ground. They are trying to find the real Antifa behind all of this. So let's open up this memo that he's referencing. This is the sort of cover memo for the entire investigation. And
0:14:10 Lydia: This is very much like a look over here kind of thing like yeah there's november 28th 2026 ongoing protests and incidents of civil unrest have occurred in public areas throughout minneapolis minnesota During these events, violent opportunists, VOs, have exploited the protests as cover to attempt breaches of federal properties and have perpetrated multiple assaults against federal officers tasked with protecting these facilities. In response, the Department of Homeland Security initiated a coordinated agency -wide deployment to support the Federal Protective Service in fulfilling its mission to safeguard federal property. As part of this effort, HSI St. Paul has identified an organized network of conspirators operating through online and in -person who are providing material support to violent opportunists and agitators involved in impeding federal law enforcement, rioting, destruction of federal property, and assaults on federal officers.
0:15:06 Matt: And as the defense motion notes, there's no detail provided about any of these things, about any these people, about what they think is actually happening. They're just sort of using these broad phrases. If you go to the next page, they repeat themselves a lot.
0:15:15 Lydia: Little quick government note here. They, went to the trouble of giving us an acronym, VOs for violent opportunists, and then it comes up again, they don't use it. So just a quick little edit from someone with a manager hat.
0:15:22 Matt: And then they don't use it. Exactly. Thank you. That bothered me too.
0:15:26 Thomas: It's more BS. Well, it's just, I think it's more sign of them trying to make something be something that it isn't for
0:15:34 Matt: You get into HSI St. Paul, because it kind of repeats itself.
0:15:36 Lydia: HSI St. Paul is actively conducting a thorough financial investigation to uncover the funding sources used by these groups and to detect any illicit transactions enabling further criminal acts. HSI St. Paul will use the results of this financial investigation to identify those responsible, disrupt ongoing and future unlawful activities, and pursue prosecution of the individuals involved.
0:15:43 Thomas: What?
0:15:58 Matt: Hey, how's that going?
0:15:58 Thomas: So what is the timing on this document? Like
0:16:01 Matt: So this isthe 20th of January. This is the opening sort of this Operation Puppet Master, this first memo.
0:16:05 Thomas: This is an internal thing. That's like, here's what we're doing.
0:16:08 Matt: Been turned over as part of the discovery.
0:16:10 Thomas: We heard a single thing? I know he didn't read the whole indictment, but I really read or heard a single thing that requires money like like petty you know a few dollars here and there what do they is think they're gonna find yeah okay a few hundred bucks maybe
0:16:24 Matt: Rented a U -Haul, so I guess there's that. Had to hit up George Soros for that one.
0:16:28 Lydia: They trying to say like these are also paid agitators? Like,
0:16:31 Matt: Yeah, I think, yeah, right.
0:16:31 Thomas: That's what I mean is like what are you talking about what are they alleging is even like paid for yeah
0:16:35 Matt: Well, this is the directive from Kash Patel. This is like he literally came out and said, we're going to find out who's paying for all of this, so that's what they're being told to do, and whether or not they believe it, they have to do it. So there are going to be a number of subpoenas that go out under extreme secrecy to PayPal, to Venmo, and then to the unions trying to figure out who's paying who.
0:16:48 Thomas: My god yeah
0:16:51 Lydia: Case is open to document the integration of Homeland Security Investigations undercover agents into groups organizations or other gatherings identified by intelligence information and other sources as potentially threatening to law enforcement personnel in the performance of their duties any individual and or organization identified for further investigatory action will be documented in their own case file a usa christian where has accepted this investigation for federal prosecution in the district of minnesota this case has also been accepted under cuc op keyhole the investigation continues yeah
0:17:21 Matt: Say that a lot. The investigation continues, which is very funny in the context of some of the stuff they're doing.
0:17:26 Lydia: I feel like that's probably not a normal thing that they put in memos it feels very silly to me
0:17:31 Thomas: If this feels like someone who's trying to justify that they were totally working like they're totally oh what am I up to oh man uh I've been yeah we're trying to get the bottom of the money of the nothing and
0:17:39 Matt: So many memos. Might be interested to know that CUC is agency terminology for a certified undercover operation. I'm not really sure how that works. They just wanted to call it I guess but keyhole was the one for minneapolis apparently the keyhole uh so that isn't that terrible you're a peeking through a keyhole I
0:17:52 Thomas: Come
0:17:57 Lydia: I'm sorry this is an aspiring like
0:18:00 Thomas: On come on that
0:18:02 Lydia: Romance author that actually like did this memo I
0:18:04 Matt: Know
0:18:05 Thomas: Somebody's fucking with us they're playing a a joke fucking with them keyhole cuck you gotta be kidding me this
0:18:07 Lydia: Hope Kash Patel named it that I really hope like he specifically named it that memo
0:18:15 Thomas: Guy is a keyhole cuck this
0:18:17 Matt: I found another source here that says puppet master appears to have been accepted into a broader certified undercover framework called keyhole whose scope remains undisclosed so we're going to be learning more about this I guess uh so continuing on um let's open up another one of these memos because I just want to give you a taste uh boxing one I thought was pretty funny where is a detail of a meeting attended on may 28th 2026.
0:18:37 Lydia: May 28th 2026 uca 5022 attended a left jab meeting training at redacted the following is a summary may not be in chronological order and is not verbatim reference audio and video recordings for additional details and context at approximately 705 p .m uca 52 arrived in the downstairs gymnasium area of the university baptist church uca 522 was greeted by several people, including Cam, a .k .a. Olive Knight. Redacted led the training. The following people introduced themselves. Reducted. The course of approximately two hours, RedactED led a boxing slash sparring practice that UCA 5022 participated in. UCA5022 spoke
0:19:15 Thomas: Is just him trying to write off his boxing classes
0:19:17 Matt: Yeah we just want to go punch people in the face so here's your way it's
0:19:22 Lydia: With several individuals during the training, individuals UCA522 talked to stated they had either found the left jab group through through DAM, during Operation Metro Surge, or through CAM.
0:19:30 Thomas: They also stated your boxing fucking sucks what are you some kind of undercover narc you dweeb
0:19:35 Lydia: Oh my gosh, this gets better. Okay. During part of the training, UCA 5022 noticed CAM was seated upstairs and was on his phone. Following the training UCA, 5022 saw a signal message in the DAM group sent by Olive Knight at 8 .09 PM advertising, quote, de -arrest swarm training hosted by Left Jab and to be held in June. Following the train, CAM added UCA5022 to the Left Jab signal group. Investigative note due to the physicality of the event uca 5022's concealed body worn audio recorder erroneously fell to the floor of the gymnasium near the end of the training uca5022 briefly left the gym realized she no longer had the device and returned to the gym to retrieve the device from the floor during these approximately three minutes uca 5022 was not present in the gymnazium uca 52 is last heard on the body worn recorder's time stamp stamp at approximately 159 58 the time at which uca 50 22 originally left the gymnasium recordings will be maintained as a part of this case file the investigation continues
0:20:06 Thomas: Way wow
0:20:34 Matt: The uh thank you for your attention to this matter of these memos really just over and over again uh
0:20:38 Thomas: They had a total fuck up and
0:20:40 Matt: It's very funny I yeah don't you hate it when you drop your wire during the middle boxing training yeah I know what you would think mate but you know whatever guess you got lucky
0:20:40 Lydia: That's crazy and like nobody noticed it that's nuts yeah uh
0:20:48 Thomas: I mean is who looking out for something something like that
0:20:50 Matt: Um the the criticism memo is pretty funny that's what I call it uh another one we can take a quick look at uh this is dated uh february 11th 2026 and I can tell these people have probably never been to a lefty organizing meeting I would imagine um so basically there's a summary you don't have to read all of it, but they summarize basically who's there, their impressions of them, physical descriptions, you know, all this kind of stuff. But check out Choppix Discuss. I thought that was funny.
0:21:13 Lydia: UCA 9843 described the meeting as democratic in nature in the sense that everyone talked over each other. UCA 99843 felt the meeting was not well organized and topics were not clearly discussed. As an organization, TCDA will be, quote, re -vetting its members to include those in attendance at the meeting. TCDA is concerned about people trying to infiltrate the organization. Organization. The three topics discussed centered around communication, action, and marketing. During the communications portion, attendees discussed various ways to communicate, such as social media, video clips, edits, and databases to reach different types of people. Redacted used the term, quote, radicalized and spoke about the importance of reaching people that are radicalized but don't realize it yet. The action portion, there was nothing discussed about upcoming, quote direct actions. Attendees discussed financing and, quote open collective, which is a a type of secured, quote, GoFund type platform. Attendees agreed to come up with two to three action items and campaign themes for the meeting on Thursday, February 5th, 2026. The meeting on February 5 was to establish the purpose of TCDA. The marketing portion, attendees discussed using social media and text messages to reach their intended audience. Sorry, this is like,
0:22:22 Lydia: Yeah, that's the point of marketing.
0:22:21 Matt: I know, it's nothing. Yeah, I
0:22:24 Lydia: Members wanted to use, quote visuals as a way, sorry, sorry, quote, as a way to tell the story of TCDA. Attendees talked about quote doxing and they were upset with the statistics of ICE agents with quote rap sheets that are criminal. Yeah. Yeah, attendees want to stop and abolish ICE.
0:22:27 Matt: Know. It's amazing, right? It's Amazing. That you're upset that there are ace agents with you know criminal records yeah oof lock
0:22:44 Lydia: Sorry, this is all filler. They had like a word count they were trying to hit. The abolishment of ICE is not their only goal, but rather is just one aspect of their movement. During the meeting, attendees applauded the strategy of a woman on instagram that posts the quote ice agent of the day where she identifies an ice agent and then lists their crimes yeah
0:22:45 Matt: Them up yeah it's so stupid yeah I like how it's not even list their alleged crimes it's just list their crimes they're never trying uh then the action items I mean again this is just such typical lefty organizing stuff and it's good like they're clearly I mean they can criticize and again this is what happens when you have a very democratic group full of people that are not necessarily you that much but
0:23:19 Lydia: Also which is it like is it not well organized or is it an organized group of conspirators yeah
0:23:22 Matt: Write exactly militants exactly yeah yeah yeah uh the action items in the last page I mean it's literally you don't have to read them all but you know it's like just sharing ideas setting up connections set up a proton email address right which is a good idea everybody showed a proton email address um that really should be the name of the episode at this point um thing that kind of struck me from so much of this is just the banality of all of this of like they're just trying and trying and they just can't seem to find anything. Out the December 2025 memo where they're trying to summarize everything they've done in December, and this is the best case they can make here. One of the reports of investigation ROIs. This is one the ones that they got, and the defense is saying that there's reference to others, they need to get the rest of them. I think they really do. Out second paragraph of details and investigation.
0:23:32 Lydia: The investigation continues it says again yeah which this roi summarizes the actions taken by the uca during the month of december 2025 before the formal opening of operation puppet master and outlines the justification for establishing the case to advance the ongoing investigation on
0:24:17 Matt: Okay, Okay, so let's see some of the horrible things they observed. December 3rd, 2025, they attend a virtual ice watch training organized by an organization called States at the Core slash Protect RP.
0:24:27 Lydia: Dember 3rd 2025 from 1800 to 1930 hours hsi uca 9843 attended a virtual ice watch training organized by states the core protect rp this was a publicly advertised training on social media the training was heavily focused on documenting immigration efforts notification of ice presence and recordings of ICE activities. They urged participants to observe nonviolently and obey law enforcement commands while documenting themselves doing so. They also advised not to interfere with law enforcement activities and maintain a safe distance as required by law. HSI UCA 9843 did not record their participation in the training. They simply observed to determine whether there were threats to law enforcement or public safety. Based on this information discussed during this virtual training, there appear to be violations relating to 18 U .S .C. 111 or threats to public safety, no further action to be taken unless other information received oh
0:25:16 Matt: Just copy and paste that paragraph a few times because they're just going to go to these meetings and keep observing the same thing.
0:25:22 Lydia: December
0:25:21 Thomas: What was the date on that again so
0:25:23 Lydia: Was december 3rd and then again december 7th another thing that they attended no further action yeah
0:25:26 Thomas: This is literally when they just launched the surge yeah so they're already like ahead of time there's isn't like justified by something that already happened right that like the alleged terrorists did this is just like well we know we're going to do a fascism so let's infiltrate ahead of time all the groups that might be opposed to fascism am
0:25:31 Matt: Metro surge. Yep, exactly. Yep. Yep.
0:25:48 Lydia: Something
0:25:49 Matt: Is because they know that they're doing the surge and they're concerned about and the thing to me is that this is a report that's supposed to justify establishing the case to advance the investigation I'm not seeing it so far in the next section we have to read every part of this but they go to legal observer training which again as you might expect is pretty tame there's nothing much going on at legal observer training once again they reach the conclusion that they're not encouraging any criminal acts that they just basically monitoring and doing legal observing we
0:26:15 Lydia: Changes though december 13th 2025 uh is an action training how to stop ice and build a revolution at the first universalist church in minneapolis hosted by sunrise movement um was publicly advertised on social media during the meeting sunrise movement twin cities stated they are a non -violent direct action group focused on mass non -cooperation breakout sessions encouraged attendees identified the quote pillars that support ice some of the pillars that support ice included airports transportation businesses payroll company ice agents and local businesses facilitated discussions between attendees and facilitators developed the following possible actions. Surveillance, crashing the ICE hiring website, getting someone in as an ICE agent with the intent of them disrupting operations, shaming and bullying ICE, sitting outside of the Whipple building, wasting ICE's resources such as flooding their tip line and taking long time during interviews, and organized hotel noise demonstrations. Okay, so this is just people sitting around and doing like spaghetti at the wall brainstorming.
0:27:10 Matt: And these are all pretty good ideas and they're all legal, it turns out. So how about that? Then there's some back and forth about this.
0:27:16 Lydia: Attendee was interested in the legality of doxing and or posting photographs of the ICE agents to ensure they know they are not welcome in society. Although one member of Sunrise explained that the individuals who followed an ICE agent home and shared their personal information caught a case and to not do that, another member of Sunrise exclaimed that although she was not saying Sunrise would do this, it is harder for all participants to be charged with breaking the law. They also discussed blockading vehicles, and one member advised more of these ideas could be discussed at their bi -weekly hub meeting. Because of the above -mentioned discussions, along with the identification of ICE hotels, hotels further attendance was determined to be necessary to rule out violations of law you
0:27:51 Matt: Got to keep showing up to these things, right?
0:27:52 Thomas: So yeah you just gotta go is this how policing works that you just at all times you're monitoring any groups and like they're not committing any crimes but like I they might so I'm gonna keep going to these groups yeah like what boy this seems pretty resource intensive that doesn't really seem efficient
0:27:57 Lydia: Would hate it just on zoom a lot I
0:28:05 Matt: Can't rule it out. Yeah, and these hotel demos, you know, they got to be really loud and very obnoxious on purpose to keep ISI agents agents up and make them tired. So it'd be harder to do their jobs, not illegal. This is the thing that they're really concerned about. You can see in the next paragraph, we don't have to read the whole thing, but right, right.
0:28:23 Lydia: Like yeah anyone who stays at a hotel like you don't get to pick who's in the hotel with you or outside of the hotel and if you get bad sleep you get bad sleep there's
0:28:30 Matt: Think this is funny because in this paragraph, UCA 9843 gets extremely valuable intel on how to identify hotels that ICE might be staying in, if you look at the middle of the paragraph.
0:28:40 Lydia: Due to the safety concern for ice employees hsi uca 9843 messaged the organizer redacted agent note redactED and offered to assist with verifying the locations redacted replied and advised the following was how the group has been identifying hotels after receiving a tip members go to the hotel and look for confirmation of ice presence such as known ice cars recognized by license plate or staff member confirmation redactED asked hsi uca 9843 if they would be comfortable approaching staff after she trained hsi uca hsi HSI UCA 9843 declined.
0:29:12 Matt: I'm just here for ICE, so yeah. So they took a look at a website in which there's information about, you know, how to support legal actions against ICE. And the Sunrise Movement, again, I want to point out for people not familiar, a very, very well -known progressive national movement and has never been accused of criminal behavior, as far as I know they are not. They got their start doing climate justice. This just keeps piling on yep
0:29:31 Thomas: It's almost like this is what happens when you give a terrorist organization a bajillion dollars to do fucking whatever well
0:29:39 Matt: Quite a lot um
0:29:47 Lydia: Do have an arrest that's cited in here. Is December 26, 2025, arrest of a redacted. December 26th, 2025 HSI, UCA, 9843 received a group message in the ice escalation against observers. I guess the signal group chat name that an quote observer had been arrested by Hennepin County Sheriff's Office relating to his aggressive following of an ice vehicle. During the discussion relating to his detention a request for a quote plate check was sent to the group followed by another signal link to post the plate check request in the daily rapid response signal chat due to officer safety concerns hsi uca 9843 followed the link to the rapid response chat associated with the plate checklist multiple plate checks are requested daily in this chat with participants either confirming their ice or not at the end of each day the administrators of the chat request that everyone leave the group and delete it then moved to a newly created chat specific to the day during the discussion of the observer later identified as redacted participants indicated that his spouse posted information related to his charges in the south side minneapolis rapid response chat discussions in this chat revolve around how to quote chase ice out plate checks as well as photographs of agents vehicles commuting following ice vehicles and blowing whistles and providing quote a safe place for a vulnerable in parentheses undocumented people to stay the investigation continues use they're
0:30:18 Thomas: That's terrorism yeah
0:31:05 Matt: Sure does but
0:31:05 Thomas: You know like with regular cops it's not like you you have to do this because you can just see that they're a police vehicle. Right. And like, you can see that their police officer, you know, it's almost like, they you should be identifiable if you're an agent, if in certain it just feels like they have this feeling that they have a right to be fascists that can do whatever. And legally, maybe that's true, Matt, but like it shouldn't be. I don'T like that.
0:31:15 Lydia: Marked do you
0:31:34 Matt: Check out another one of these memos you're labeled it hsi meeting reports I just want to again of emphasize just how normal everything is that they're going to and checking out um this is a summary of uca 142's observations uh they're going to some kind of union center and
0:31:49 Lydia: Get to pick your number if you're an undercover agent curious yeah
0:31:52 Matt: Retire your jersey when you're when you don't know uh
0:31:54 Thomas: This guy took more boxing lessons than anyone else that's why oh
0:31:57 Lydia: Actually it was a girl shout out there
0:32:00 Matt: That's fine yeah
0:32:00 Thomas: This girl took more boxing lessons yeah
0:32:02 Matt: Just to give you a taste here on on page two rather paragraph
0:32:05 Lydia: Were multiple demands that were presented that included the abolishment of ice no state cooperation with ice freeing neighbors from jails drop charges on protesters and charge the agents involved in the shootings of renee good and alex pretty there were speakers that that spoke about wanting to abolish the Department of Homeland Security and jails, prisons, slash prisons entirely. Discussion, a was made to concentrate on the abolishment of ICE and not DHS. UCA 142 recognized Redacted, who wore a Ray Rainbolt hat with a star on it. RedactED appeared to hold status and knew a lot of people in attendance. The meeting, UCA 132 heard discussions about a plan to get people from other cities ready to disrupt operations when ICE shows up to their city. Those discussions talked about targeting businesses that partner with ICE. Ended at approximately 9 o 'clock p .m., and there are audio recordings that were appended to the report. Investigation continues.
0:32:54 Matt: Indeed I mean just like all this stuff as I'm reading it I'm like nodding along like all of this
0:33:00 Thomas: When's it gonna get good yeah
0:33:02 Matt: Where is the part where we're going to talk about an armed revolution or you know shooting ice agents or anything nothing nothing like that it's just never gonna it's not gonna happen and not that I want to see that I'm just saying you're not gonna see it
0:33:11 Thomas: I mean in a criminal conspiracy you'd think there'd be something yeah
0:33:14 Matt: You think maybe yeah but you know this is the kind of stuff they're trolling to try to get anything they can to use in any of this I'm one report they it's are going to go to a d what what they think is going to be a drs training and basically they just watch people hold around with signs and write down what their cars are that's about it that's the extent of it I guess, you know, maybe that happens on a slow day when you're an undercover agent. Yeah, check out the Black Cat. So Black Kat Workers Collective is, again. An anarchist collective. It doesn't mean they're violent. It just means that they, and I don't know if you've ever met any anarchists, but it's a wide range of opinions that anarchists hold about ways to organize society that don't involve leadership or the kinds of authoritarian government that we have. Page two, you now, this, you again, they're trying to find the worst of the worst here, and they just can't seem to do it. Check out uca9766 in their summary yeah just
0:33:55 Lydia: Quickly, I'm just going to name some names here. This report was composed by HSISA Special Agent Jacob Marquise and uploaded by HSISACatherine Wispettle.
0:34:05 Matt: In case you run into those people on tinder that's who that's what their names are all
0:34:08 Lydia: Left. Uh 9766 described they attended a virtual meeting quote ice brutality responding to state violence and the machinery of fear hosted by and held at roosevelt hall at hunter college city university of new york the interest in this meeting centered around guest speaker redacted along with the promotion of the why would you redact I feel like I could just look that up like um with a promotion of a meeting by the black cat workers collective perspective, UCA 9766 described that the meeting was more of a panel discussion with questions first coming from the moderator and then from members of the crowd.
0:34:29 Thomas: Weird some of the questions were more of a comment than a question uh
0:34:43 Matt: Doubt
0:34:45 Lydia: UCA9766 further stated that throughout the meeting, there was no discussion of or call for violence towards law enforcement. Rather, there were significant discussions surrounding previous successes to disrupt ICE operations in Minnesota and New York and discussion about how to expand, quote, the resistance you
0:35:01 Matt: Recorded the meeting just in caso you want to see it but uh you go this is their attempt to try to find the worst of the worst and they just got nothing nothing is happening like it's just regular organizing and
0:35:10 Lydia: Who else recorded it the people who put it on it's on youtube so I just looked it up it's it's 100 there
0:35:14 Matt: Right no doubt of course wow
0:35:16 Thomas: You should be an undercover investigator get her
0:35:19 Lydia: That's what people have been telling me yeah
0:35:19 Matt: They just went out and tweeted it huh tweeted it out just over at x wow
0:35:24 Thomas: Boy the overt acts continue these criminals are getting so bold yeah
0:35:26 Lydia: Crazy panelists include kieran nutson president of the communications workers of america local 7250 haylen choi co -leader of a hands -off nyc jamil dakwar director of the human rights program at the aclu joe loundis moderator director of the roosevelt house public policy program uh you go man investigators are not very good I just like totally undid their redacted efforts
0:35:49 Matt: He blew it up.
0:35:50 Thomas: I feel like you did it for a lot less tax dollars too yeah
0:35:54 Lydia: I did you're welcome america
0:35:55 Matt: That's Just patron dollars. That is right. Pull up the grand jury excerpts for one of our favorite activities. Some exhibits in this grand jury that we're about to read that we don't have but they are going to see among other things the conspiracy map and there's going to see some some text messages and things um let's uh we can can do a quick reading here from this grand jury excerpt yeah we love it uh the prosecutor is going to be talking to uh agent garcia uh is not quite fully identified but identified in the motion this is an expert uh or somebody who participated in this stuff and if you want to pick characters
0:36:12 Thomas: They grand jury all right oh
0:36:24 Lydia: Do you want to be yeah okay I need some background on each of these that's my motivation the
0:36:27 Thomas: Sorry uh what's the yeah yeah
0:36:32 Matt: Vision uh mr lynch is a prosecutor uh
0:36:34 Thomas: Wait. But the juror... Hold on. If it's the jurors that I'm born to play, then I'm going to be really mad at the casting list. Okay.
0:36:37 Matt: Not no these are regular jurors no no fun lines of the jurors this time promise uh
0:36:45 Thomas: Fine.
0:36:47 Lydia: Individuals often use their signal handle at those meetings and identify themselves by that signal handle is that correct
0:36:52 Thomas: How they will refer to themselves in these meetings very rarely will they ever use their real names so as for brian appland as an example in these readings they go around robin in these meetings say I'm you know I'm blank I'm black I am they go through they took they refer to ourselves as those handles and then from the ucs and the recordings is how we match them up.
0:37:13 Lydia: Ma'am?
0:37:14 Thomas: It's a ma'am. Oh maybe you should be it, hon.
0:37:16 Lydia: Percentage of the people that showed up at the Whipple building for these group things are actually Antifa, or how many are just people from Minnesota thinking they're doing a great thing? Follow up on that. There were, you know, at some of these direct action groups were several, I mean probably hundreds of people who were just peaceful protesters. Is that correct?
0:37:33 Thomas: Yes, yeah, and well there have been multiple protests at the Whipple building. Of the things that is abundantly clear, not only in guidance, but is just principles as far as this investigation is no one has ever investigated or looked at or even researched on for First Amendment protected activities. Every single individual that we have investigated there's a criminal predicate to why we're investigating them either statements that they have made that are criminal to their actual participation in overt criminal acts what
0:38:03 Matt: You'll appreciate, Thomas, there's an extended discussion about the audio problems they're having in the room from a lot of back and forth, just the fun stuff that happens in court.
0:38:10 Lydia: Can't hear you it says from the reporter
0:38:13 Matt: In the absence of the audio not working, is it accurate to say, yeah, no, it's just funny. The important part was what this witness says in the grand jury under oath that everybody they're investigating, investigating, there's a criminal predicate to why we're investigating them. Clearly not true from what we've just read. We've just written extensive memos about
0:38:28 Thomas: How do you define criminal predicate yeah
0:38:30 Matt: Those church groups, obviously, and organizers. It's just an incredible statement that he's just broadly saying that everybody that we're looking at, all these people, and there are a lot of people named in these reports, even with the redactions, there are still people named to these reports that are coming out. They just went to meetings that are just like regular people that have done absolutely nothing that would even constitute an overreact they're not named with the indictments they're even unindicted code conspirators they're just getting caught up in this now because they was some undercover agent watching them talk about the best ways to show up and defend their neighbors um zero criminal predicate as the motion says does. We've got a memo from from February 2nd, 2026. UCA 5022 attended a meeting sponsored by the 5501 Minnesota. So 5501 is a very well -known national liberal organization doing of the people that brought you the No Kings rallies. This this is the best they got here. This is nothing. And a contradiction to what Agent Garcia is saying about who they're investigating investigating and, you know, who they're bothering to talk to and what they think is a criminal predicate for anything. Out the of how UCA's 5022 spent his time.
0:38:56 Lydia: A little meeting started at 6 p.m. with approximately 60 people in attendance the meeting seemed to be led by a short male that was approximately 25 years of age the unknown male stated he was the leader of the local chapter of 5051 minnesota the organization's primary mission at the moment was to get ice out of minneapolis to operation metro surge the organization protested the no kings movement wait the The organization protested the No Kings movement. No, that's, yeah, led
0:39:54 Matt: I don't think that's true. I think they helped to organize it.
0:39:56 Thomas: They're pro kings actually do
0:39:57 Lydia: The No kings movement in via protests. For the organization explained their slogan as 50 cities, 50 states, one protest. The slogan was then changed to 50 cities 50 states one movement. Of the individuals in attendance was from Portland, Oregon, and had come to the meeting to see how the Minneapolis chapter operates. We have, you know, crossing state lines. During the meeting, a heavyset male introduced himself as Redacted and spoke about his role in monitoring deportation flights leaving the Minneapolis -St.
0:40:08 Thomas: Crimes oh no cool
0:40:29 Lydia: Paul International Airport.
0:40:25 Thomas: Name oh wow yeah that's really important yeah
0:40:32 Lydia: RedactED stated he was a volunteer for the organization and assisted with raising funds for dash cameras to be given to observers operating throughout the city. RedactEd bragged that there were only 19 people that got onto deportation fights yesterday, when in the past there were hundreds per day. Redacted encouraged anyone that had contact with Delta Airlines to try and get more information on the deportation flights. RedactED further stated that Delta Airlines is the only company that has a direct flight from Minneapolis to San Antonio, Texas. Man, so research is what he did there. On an open-source internet search, the individual was identified as RedactEd. White female, approximately 45 to 50 years of age, who identified herself as RedActEd, presented for approximately 20 minutes. The speaker told the audience that she and most of the organization's members have full -time jobs and participate in 50 -51 on a volunteer basis. -50 -1 Minnesota was described as a 501c4 organization. The speaker informed the audiencethat volunteers have participated in medical support, a bridge protest, and other nonviolent protests. Female named Redacted spoke and described the organization as, quote, nonviolent but not peaceful. RedactED reiterated the fact that there have been several people that have recently wanted to volunteer to help the organization.
0:41:39 Thomas: There's gonna be a real who's on first situation if someone's name is actually redacted and
0:41:44 Lydia: I just think about you know usually when you're in these meetings and stuff someone's taking minutes I want to know like the comparison of this to the minutes and stuff I want to see how well they're doing during the meeting operation security was discussed and it was emphasized that ice agents may try and infiltrate the organization a lawyer stood up and encouraged attendees not to put anything in writing that they wouldn't want to be seen in court the lawyer made a comment about, quote, we may be thinking we want all ICE to die, but don't put those statements in writing. Heavyset female, approximately 25 years old, spoke about operational security. The female warned attendees not to say anything in the meeting that you would not say to an ICE agent. The same female stated she had recently started a coffee club where people can get to know each other on a more personal level. That's nice. Females, the female stated she was going to be hosting a meeting at a Zion church soon. Interview concluded on February February 2nd, 2026 at approximately 7 .45 p .m. The investigation continues.
0:42:25 Thomas: Murder sure
0:42:36 Matt: Indeed it does. It just keeps going. And again, you just more banality. Check out hsi meeting report parentheses copious it's pretty funny uh you'll see there's a reason I labeled it that way all let's take another look at a meeting at the zion uh lutheran church and is a pretty standard lefty organizing meeting uh was as you scroll down, the description of what the presenters are doing.
0:42:47 Lydia: Is copious about this? Okay. Okay. Where presenters take turns describing the events that transpired in Minneapolis, Minnesota, leading up to the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. One of the female presenters recalled an incident where ICE agents were, quote, allegedly attacked by a man with a shovel. Presenter stated something to the effect of how she wished someone would attack ICE agents with a shovel. The presenters discussed how they formed, quote, rapid response networks that operated through the end -to -end encrypted application signal to locate and identify ICE agents in the greater area. Minneapolis The presentors also discussed their protests at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building, describing a particular instance where protesters deployed copious amounts of sex toys. Ah, part of the court record. Then there was a basket being passed around and I'm like was it to collect money or more sex toys is my question I need specificity undercover agent oh
0:43:43 Matt: Yeah, the true crime. Think they were throwing dildos or something at some point at ICE agents, like soft ones.
0:43:54 Thomas: Anyone have any more dildos on them and
0:43:51 Matt: Yeah, they used sex toys. Take a look at some of the financial conspiracy aspects here, because obviously we need to find out where all these very well -funded meetings are coming from. Have got a subpoena here to the SEIU. And, you going to subpoen one of the largest unions in the country for their financial records. I don't know what you're expecting to get, but just check out what this looks like. Because I think it's interesting to see what it looks like to get one of these things.
0:44:19 Thomas: Were they not able to like fight the subpoena it seems like this is pretty stupid oh
0:44:24 Matt: Think It wasn't even worth fighting, honestly, because you'll find out what they gave them.
0:44:27 Thomas: Gotcha they're like uh zero dollars because because no one supports the Indians anymore and the conservatives ruined them what
0:44:35 Lydia: All are hereby summoned and required to produce the records including statements declarations and other documents indicated in block three before the cbp officer or I special agent named in block two at the place date and time indicated you
0:44:47 Matt: They're looking for transfers, basically, from the SEIU main organization to their St. Paul and Minneapolis branches. But notice the thing that jumped out at me. The middle of the, in italics here, for
0:44:58 Lydia: Are requested not to disclose the existence of the summons for an indefinite period of time any such disclosure will impede the investigation and thereby interfere with the enforcement of federal law
0:45:02 Thomas: Are is that something they can do I mean can does that work can you just tell them you're not allowed to tell anybody terror
0:45:14 Lydia: They cite the authority yeah section 509 from the tariff act of 1930 weird
0:45:20 Matt: This has to be unusual because in the discovery motion, in a footnote, they do state that was a violation of the Right to Financial Privacy Act, which requires law enforcement to provide notice to the account holder if they're trying to obtain bank records via administrative subpoena. Not only did HSI hide these inquiries from the account holders, It told responding financial institutions this language we just read. So I think that's interesting.
0:45:40 Thomas: Right they subpoenaed the financial institutions not the actual union oh I yeah I didn't gather that so
0:45:44 Matt: The Sorry. That should have been more clear on that. Yes.
0:45:46 Thomas: That's why yeah wouldn't fight it I guess
0:45:49 Matt: They didn't know. So let's check out the report that they generated from this and what they got out of it. It's pretty much what you'd expect.
0:46:03 Thomas: We know if they didn't tell them wow
0:46:05 Matt: Don't think they found out until this came out. Yeah.
0:46:06 Thomas: Because I know I mean we've taught the um baldoni thing usually like when it's google or when it'S you know those kind of companies they have like a generic uh they kind of send hey your stuff's been subpoenaed you and the fact that it's like a form letter you know it makes it seem weird that it would be so sensitive that they could ask you to just never tell like when in normal circumstances it's just a form ladder right sure
0:46:16 Matt: Just so you know. Yeah. That's a very good point. And it's also, I mean, again, you're going to find in this report we're going to look at now that they are justifying all of this under the NSPM -7, once again, a national security memorandum, that they can just do this. Let's check out this SEIU report that comes back on what they learned from this very important subpoena.
0:46:46 Lydia: In accordance with National Security Presidential Memorandum 7, Homeland Security Investigations St. Paul has opened an investigation into instances where individuals and organized networks have exploited events to engage in acts of violence, destruction of property, intimidation of federal officers and employees, and attempts to impede federal operations. This investigation is focused on identifying and disrupting sophisticated, organized campaigns supporting and engaging in this behavior and to prevent such unlawful activities, while continuing to safeguard the rights of peaceful demonstrators in the public. Investigation will prioritize the identification of funding sources, organizational structures, and predicate actions behind these campaigns.
0:47:26 Matt: They really won't, I promise.
0:47:27 Thomas: Yeah this is psychotic man this is like if they didn't have the power of the federal government you'd be like hey man you're seeing things like you're it's you got a tinfoil hat on are the are the walls talking to you like what are you talking yeah
0:47:39 Lydia: You're the alien guy on History Channel with the hair.
0:47:39 Matt: Much.
0:47:42 Thomas: We're gonna get the bottom of the who's funding the nothing like
0:47:45 Matt: Well, and again, you queried wire transactions involving SEIU. I don't know what you thought you were going to find, but it is absolutely shocking. It's going to blow this whole thing open, what you're going to fine on page three, top of page three.
0:47:54 Thomas: We go tanks guns bombs oh
0:47:58 Lydia: A preliminary analysis of the Fed wire return revealed that the SEIU National Union has numerous wire transactions to and from SEIYU local unions for various types of debits and credits to include annuity payments, strike payments, strike supplies, investments, union member dues, retiree dues, medical expenses, and pension fund expenses.
0:48:06 Thomas: My god no way well okay I'm on the other side of this now I didn't know they were doing the exact stuff you would think they would do
0:48:21 Matt: Pensions.
0:48:19 Lydia: The The wire transfers referencing debits in credits range in amounts from redacted. Financial investigation involving protest domestic terrorist financing continues.
0:48:28 Thomas: Redacted that's kind of weird protest
0:48:37 Matt: Protest domestic terrorist financing. How is that even a phrase? That doesn't even make any sense. Not even English.
0:48:40 Thomas: Test including I can't I don't understand yeah like the tense of it protest
0:48:45 Matt: No it's not even a thing but it's also scary to see this like and again they're just like they have to write it up because they got the response back they have to say what it was but it was nothing it was just union finances that's what they learned is that they're funding pension funds and annuity payments and
0:48:59 Thomas: I at the end of every presentation or homework that I did that sucked I could tell the teacher well investigation continues I'm still I mean it's still you know you never know
0:49:07 Matt: Right get them next time guys that's
0:49:12 Thomas: Like it's project continues sorry
0:49:15 Lydia: Listen to these search terms that they did for the Federal Reserve. It says SEIU and St. Paul, or St. Paul, you know, depending on how you spell it out or if you don't spell it out, and then also St. Paul with a period after St. And Minnesota. Okay. OK, this
0:49:29 Thomas: What are they searching what who's searching what what when they're doing like discovery they're
0:49:31 Lydia: Is when they're they're searching all electronic wire transfers after they were subpoenaed. SEIU and Minneapolis and Minnesota or MN. OK, yeah, that makes sense. SEIYU with periods in between all the letters and St. Paul, St. Paul, Saint Paul and Minnesota. Or MN SEIU with periods everywhere in Minneapolis and Minnesota or I mean, like, mean it's crazy that it's the the most broad thing as long as there is a chapter in I know I know but like obviously there's going to be responsive hit but then obviously
0:49:57 Thomas: Well how discovery works I mean yeah yeah and then they get nothing so
0:50:03 Lydia: The responsive hit is that it's completely normal activities that you would expect between the national organization and the local oh
0:50:05 Thomas: I I mean if it's anything like civil discovery it might be like the bank and the uh whoever it is like kind of agree on the search terms you're going to use or whatever or is this just the investigators investigators doing the searching oh
0:50:20 Matt: Investigators I think and there are there's another one another subpoena that's It's just literally any and all records on the following people or entities from January 1, 2023 through March 9, 2026. So three years of records. And it's literally just the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Communications Workers of America, the Sunrise Movement Education Fund, Sunrise movement. Right. Just like all of their transactions. Just really overboard. Just summit. It's hard to believe it's that easy to do this.
0:50:21 Thomas: It's just them really
0:50:38 Lydia: Just all the other unions yeah wow
0:50:45 Thomas: What in the world world
0:50:47 Matt: I know. I know that. Just a really important insight, I think, into how broad this stuff can get and just how much it really is playing out exactly the way that we had been predicting about the NSPM -7, about how this can justify anything, as long as you say it's domestic terrorism financing. Is why we shouldn't have a designation of domestic terrorism. I just really believe this. I continue to believe this, it's very dangerous.
0:51:08 Thomas: Jeez they're searching like search for all wires including two terrorists re-terrorism subject line murdering ice what did they think they were gonna get why this was a union well
0:51:20 Lydia: A shovel
0:51:23 Matt: I really, yeah. They're convinced the union is actually part of the Antifa conspiracy to, I guess, I these people or pay them, pay the protesters. I don'T know. That must be what they think.
0:51:34 Lydia: They can funnel the money to the protesters.
0:51:36 Matt: Yeah. And has a whole section in the motion I caught my eye about how fueled by visions of this vast and irrational conspiracy, HSI surreptitiously obtained financial records of labor unions and nonprofit organizations. Organizations. Guess I shouldn't be surprised at how broad this is. And the fact they were also harassing PayPal and Venmo for just basic payments to Voices for Racial Justice, which has been operating in Minneapolis since 93, describes itself as the longest running racial justice organizing training in the state of Minnesota, racial racial justice organizing. There's no explanation. They because their website mentions that they support getting ICE out of Minnesota. That's literally all it took. Yeah.
0:52:09 Thomas: And scary because like they've gotten I don't know if the federal government per se is well you uh of business and stuff like that like only fans or whatever like they've successfully gotten um at least public pressure has gotten credit card companies to stop supporting it and that kind of thing it's like I I guess I didn't think about when you have just a completely insane fascist government maybe they pressure like institutions to not even allow certain groups to like do I mean they it's so funny because they had the whole debanking conspiracy conspiracy for like nothing whatever that was remember that um it might have been mark and recent too there was people who thought they were debanked when they weren't obviously it was it's just some stupid you tech bro right wing conspiracy theory as well but now here they are trying to do it right are
0:52:41 Matt: Yeah. Johnny Smith and such. Yeah, yeah, and it's just all right out there. We can go to the defense motion here so you can get their summary, but I think it's pretty good.
0:53:21 Lydia: And storing it away for further use. At
0:53:23 Matt: It's really well said. Similarly, if you go down to Page 11, he makes a very good point about just one of these many meetings that we're looking at. We didn't even look at this report, but from the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
0:53:34 Lydia: Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Roseville, agents agents captured license plate information of attendees during a meeting of anti -ICE protesters and activists. Then used this information to obtain the names of the attendees, search social media for pictures of these individuals, and compiled an intel workup, in quotes, that included names, photos, addresses, personal information, including family and employment information, and vehicle registration information for each meeting attendee. None of these individuals did anything other than engage in protected first amendment speech in a church meeting room yet now their personal information is memorialized in a dhs dossier yeah
0:54:07 Matt: That's such an important point. And it shows really that Agent Garcia lied under oath. I I mean, he said specifically they're not doing things like what they're doing right here, where where they're searching out people that are just attending meetings and doing First Amendment -protected activities. And I just wanted to leave you guys with a little bit of an idea of what we're going to leave with people kind of with where we're at here with all of this. We're going to be following this because we're gonna get more discovery there's more coming but I wanted to kind of preview what we know already and what this means why it matters none of this is normal at all like this is pretty extreme stuff and we've had the government certainly in the past investigate political opponents certainly nixon kept his enemies list and followed the black panthers and everybody else they thought was in you know causing trouble but from what I understand the degree to which this is being done the tactics they're using sending undercover agents to just just regular organizing, you know, 501 -type meetings, then getting these subpoenas for these incredibly broad
0:54:52 Matt: Things. This is a lot.
0:54:52 Thomas: This is crazy I mean this the only precedence I can think of are things that are literally like in the history books for you know like infiltrating like rights organizations in the 60s and stuff it's like not not in the mystery books for good reasons why
0:55:01 Lydia: Panthers and stuff yeah it's
0:55:05 Matt: Yeah, yeah. And there's like a lengthy quotation from Stephen Miller here about like explaining about what he thinks the leftists are motivated by and like, you Know, sort of the crazy kind of conspiratorial thinking.
0:55:15 Thomas: Would that be in there what like
0:55:16 Matt: Oh, no, I'm sorry. It's in the defense motion. Just making the potion.
0:55:18 Lydia: In the defense motion yeah
0:55:19 Thomas: Gotcha I was like I wouldn't
0:55:19 Lydia: What
0:55:22 Matt: It's just they love Stephen Miller so much they just had to throw it in. Yeah.
0:55:25 Thomas: Be surprised like a memo uh dude
0:55:27 Lydia: don'T I share jealousy. The leftist looks at what is beautiful and what is good and what is natural and is filled with envy and hatred. The leftist look at a perfect family with a perfect life and a perfect job and perfect kids that goes to church every Sunday and is filled with a feeling of inadequacy and jealousy and they covet and they turn those emotions ultimately into a desire to subjugate, to oppress, and to inflict pain and suffering.
0:55:28 Matt: Every
0:55:51 Thomas: My god dude you're so fucking insane yeah you fucking dork this
0:55:56 Matt: Is a confession.
0:55:58 Lydia: Not a coincidence that when you look at these violent Antifa demonstrations and you see any photograph of those who were assembled to be blunt not one of the people that is demonstrating looks like a normal person not one looks normal they're all deformed in some way in their appearance in their dress in their mannerism every one of them through the course of their life and their decisions has scarred their body and their appearance and many different ways to the point in which their outer appearance becomes a manifestation of their inner hatred that is is insane that
0:56:06 Thomas: Is as handsome as me Stephen Miller have
0:56:10 Matt: Normal looking person.
0:56:20 Thomas: You been to a Trump rally dude I know you have god you fucking psychopath oh
0:56:30 Matt: It is insane. I'm glad he put this in here. I'm sorry that I have scars, Stephen Miller. I didn't realize it was because of my life and decisions. Thought it was just an accident.
0:56:39 Lydia: Is like that's the most nazi thing I think I may have ever read like that's crazy
0:56:42 Matt: It's yeah. From an American living today. I know it's incredible. The way through. I really appreciate the motion is not afraid to just politically state what's going on just to be like very open about the fact that this is all retaliation they're investigating their enemies they're investing anybody they think they may be acting against them and have to keep talking about this because the more that this has just becomes normal and is allowed to happen the more it's going to keep happening and I think that people need to understand that these are places we can take a stand right now um
0:57:05 Thomas: Is there any avenue for people to get in trouble for this later or are they just allowed to do this and then get away with it yeah yeah well
0:57:11 Lydia: Consequences yeah dark
0:57:12 Matt: I mean they have the cover of the security memo and as long as they're acting under doj policy at the time they do it I mean certainly I'd like to see prosecutions I would like to See investigations of how doj has been operating especially the ways they've been investigating political opponents, and especially the extremely targeted political prosecutions, which, for Reich's credit here, he details a lot of the different politically motivated prosecutions we're already aware of, and the way that the immediate response to Alex Prady's murder was to direct federal prosecutors to charge protesters. Like, over and over again, that was their response every time that there's an act of violence by the government.
0:57:41 Thomas: This is just it really is like insane stuff I mean just pure insanity I know it's like we always always have a laugh at the fascism and we should but like holy crap man this is ridiculous oh
0:57:51 Matt: Mean, fortunately, a number of these people already had their indictments is dismissed involuntarily because there are all kinds of issues and a whole bunch of people resigned to their credit. A whole lot of, I think eight or 10 EOSAs resigned almost immediately after the Alex Pretty thing when they realized the direction it was going, that they were not going to be investigating the officers, but were going to go after protesters. Know, I hope we get more of those honest people and I hope that these fall apart. I think one way or another, as we get More and More Grand Jury stuff and learn more about these investigations, there's There's gonna be plenty of avenues to get these out, but we'll see, we'll keep a watch on it.
0:57:54 Thomas: Good all
0:57:55 Lydia: Good good
0:58:18 Thomas: Right matt well thanks for uh breaking that down we'll uh take a look through this stuff see if there's any more to talk about and keep an eye for more discovery all gavel out everybody your boxing fucking sucks what are you some kind of undercover narc you dweeb no
0:58:28 Matt: Okay, see you later. Keyhole uh so
0:58:58 Lydia: Welcome america
0:59:01 Matt: Just rousing the rabble, but just went out and tweeted it huh tweeted
0:59:05 Thomas: I didn't know they were doing the exact stuff you would think they would do
